| Profile | Dr. Bhavna Garg is an accomplished Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) at ABES Business School in Ghaziabad, India. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and engineering, which laid the foundation for her technical skills. However, her passion for understanding human behavior and organizational development led her to pursue a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management. Building upon her technical and management knowledge, Dr. Garg achieved her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Ch. Charan Singh University. With 17 years of overall professional experience, including 13 years in academia, Dr. Bhavna Garg is a prominent figure in HRM. At ABES Business School, she imparts valuable insights through teaching a variety of postgraduate courses, including Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development, Business Environment & Legal Aspects of Business, and Business Communication.
