• Room allotment will be made on a First-Come, First-Serve basis.
• Air-conditioned (AC) rooms will be allotted only upon full occupancy of the designated room.
• AC usage is permitted from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM on working days, and round-the-clock on holidays, subject to the availability of commercial power supply from UPPCL.
• The use of desert coolers is strictly prohibited in the Girls’ Hostel. In the Boys’ Hostel, desert coolers may be used in accordance with college policy.
• Limited rooms with attached bathrooms are available at an additional charge of ₹10,000, to be shared equally among roommates.

• Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for Academic Fees.
• As per current income tax regulations, any fee deposited in cash directly at the bank will incur a penalty of ₹10,000. Additionally, the amount deposited in cash will only be refunded after the due fee is paid through a Demand Draft (DD).
